CubieSIM - Pintween, Inc's eSIM Marketplace Project - strictly complies
with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act,
the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network
Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and other personal
information protection laws.
1. Personal information collected
Pintween launches the eSIM data sales service (called CubieSIM) (July 22,
2024)
and collects the minimum personal information necessary to use the
current service.
When registering as a member,
account information such as ID (email address), password, name
(nickname), and phone number are collected as mandatory fields,
and hometown and photo (including metadata) are collected optionally.
When using the service, as indicated in the terms and conditions, the
following information may be collected:
eSIM product purchase history, travel-related record information (service
features in planning), location information linked to user-generated
travel points,
terminal information (model name, mobile carrier information, OS
information, language and country information, screen size, device ID,
etc.),
visit date and time, service use history, etc.
2. Personal information collection method
Pintween(CubieSIM) collects the minimum personal information directly
provided by users when registering as members and using the service.
In the event that personal information is collected in the future, we
will obtain the user's prior consent for 'collection and use of personal
information' and proceed accordingly.
CubieSIM will prompt and ask that you confirm the contents of the prior
consent in the future.
3. Use of collected personal information
Pintween uses personal information only for improving security and
providing service features.
4. Modification and destruction of personal information
You may withdraw your consent to the collection and use of personal
information at any time through 'membership withdrawal', etc.
Pintween destroys the personal information of registered members when
they withdraw their membership.
